Nina has been building her Registered Massage Therapy practice since graduating Langara College in 2018. Throughout her career, she’s worked with clients aged 7 to 90, treating a variety of conditions including fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, sciatica, thoracic-outlet syndrome and other nerve pain, concussions, acute sprains and strains, TMJD, surgical scars, and has provided pre- and post-natal care. She also has experience working with chronic stress, PTSD, anxiety, depression and autism. She goes the extra mile to make sure her clients feel comfortable, heard, and informed about the treatment they are receiving.

Using a combination of trigger point release, Swedish massage and myofascial release, her intention is to alleviate pain while also inducing a state of relaxation. Appling a gentle yet firm pressure, she is focussed and patient with each area, paying attention to how the body responds.

She takes a holistic approach to health care, and has a great understanding of how the body works and functions as a unit. She has weight-trained and done yoga for several years, and enjoys sharing this knowledge with her clients. She believes it is always possible to improve functionality and quality of life no matter the clients age or level of restriction.

Through her treatments, her long-term goal is to educate her clients on how their lifestyle or work is affecting their body, and how to manage pain and stress by developing a movement and self-care practice that is realistic, effective, and enjoyable.

After receiving his diploma in Massage Therapy from the esteemed Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, Hamid embarked on a journey to help others achieve specific medical outcomes through tailored therapeutic massage techniques.

From an early age, Hamid’s interest in the healthcare field and medical careers became apparent. His passion for anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology led him to attain the title of a registered health information management professional in Canada back in 2015. In 2019, while volunteering at a physiotherapy clinic, Hamid discovered his true calling in massage therapy. Amily Wu, R.TCM.P, is a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner whose journey into TCM began with a profound personal connection to her family’s health struggles, particularly with cardiovascular disease. Inspired by her father’s healing journey through acupuncture and traditional herbal remedies following a hemorrhagic stroke, Amily’s practice integrates ancient wisdom with complementary therapies. In high school, she began exploring alternative medicine and developed an understanding of her overall health including diet, lifestyle, personality, and physical activity. Anything that could help mitigate the hereditary risk factors.

Her practice combines Acupuncture with Acupressure, cupping therapy, yoga and breathing practices, and Sound Massage to support others in healing and integrating mind, body and spirit. She works exclusively with people with chronic pain, general gynaecological conditions, stress and anxiety challenges.

A key influence is Dr. Gabor Mate. She resonates with his special interest in childhood development, trauma, and potential lifelong impacts on physical and mental health he shared: “When you know your best isn’t going to be saving anybody’s lives, but it is to help people living a life of as little suffering as possible, and as much dignity as possible.” It reminds her the importance of practicing Acceptance and Equanimity. And to stay curious, open, and receptive, and most importantly to stay in our body.
